Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fully remote, full-time position. Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, providing information, and ensuring that all requests are addressed efficiently and professionally. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate responses and maintain consistency in service delivery.
This is a non-sales position focused on customer support and relationship management. You will be expected to work independently while staying connected with the team through remote communication tools and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and requests
- Resolve client issues with professionalism and attention to detail
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling of requests
- Follow up with clients to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Monitor and manage multiple customer requests simultaneously
- Adhere to company guidelines, processes, and communication standards
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal workflows
- Maintain confidentiality of client information

Work Environment
